Working level of crane mechanism
The utilization level refers to the busyness of the mechanism's work. It is divided into 10 levels from T0 to T9 according to the total number of hours in operation during the total design service life of each mechanism. The load state indicates that the load degree of the mechanism is divided into four levels: light, medium, heavy and extra heavy. The working level is divided into 8 levels from M1 to M8 according to the utilization level and load state, based on the diagonal principle.
Suspension crane
Here, it should be pointed out first that the working level of the crane and the lifting capacity of the crane are two different concepts. The lifting capacity refers to the mass of the material lifted at one time, and the working level is the comprehensive working characteristic parameter of the crane. The working level may not be high if the lifting weight is large; the working level may not be low if the lifting weight is small. Even if the same type of cranes with the same lifting weight have different working levels, the safety factors of the parts are different. If you only look at the lifting tonnage and ignore the working level, and use the crane with a low working level frequently and at full load, it will accelerate the scrapping of vulnerable parts, cause frequent failures, and even cause accidents.
In addition, it should be noted that the working level of cranes and metal structures is different from the working level of the mechanism. For the same crane, due to the inconsistency of the load on each working mechanism and the unequal working time, even for the same crane, the working level of different mechanisms is often inconsistent with the working level of the crane. This should be paid special attention to when the parts of different mechanisms are scrapped and updated.

The working level of the crane is a parameter indicating the heavy work of the crane, that is, the parameter indicating the heavy work of the crane in terms of time and the full load. The hook type is divided into three levels and seven items: A1-A3 (light); A4-A5 (intermediate); A6-A7 (heavy). Light (A1-13): rarely lift the rated load, generally lift light loads, mostly used for installation and maintenance of equipment in power stations or other workplaces, or workshops and warehouses where work is not often used.
Intermediate (A4-15): sometimes lift the rated load, generally lift medium loads, used in workshops and garages with heavy work, such as general machining and general assembly workshops.
Heavy grade (A6-A7): Rated load is usually lifted, generally heavier loads are lifted, and it is used in workshops and warehouses with heavy work, such as frequent lifting of heavy loads for a long time and used in metallurgical workshops.
