In the implementation of the GB/T19000-ISO9001 quality system, the company has established a quality management system with "quality veto" manufacturing as its main content. The core of "quality veto" manufacturing includes three aspects: First, unqualified components will not be transferred to the next process, and unqualified complete machines will not be released from the factory. Second, any department or individual that has quality issues will be disqualified from awards, promotions and titles for the current year. Third, product quality, work quality and personal income are directly linked. This enables all employees to have a clear understanding of quality issues, ensuring that everyone is responsible for quality control and eliminating quality problems within the factory. Recently, the company has implemented a "Product parts cost claim system", effectively leveraging economic levers to enhance workers' sense of responsibility and significantly improve product quality.
Relying on its strong scientific research capabilities, the company's leading products have covered cities including Shanghai, Dalian, Shenzhen and Qingdao, with over 200 users. Some highly customized products have opened up the international market and are exported to Southeast Asia and Africa.
