Jiangsu Zhendong Port Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. boasts a modern and well-organized specialized assembly site with ample space and an efficient layout, capable of handling the assembly and testing of various types of port machinery. The facility is equipped with heavy-duty lifting equipment (such as overhead cranes and gantry cranes) to meet the hoisting demands of large components. The ground is reinforced with high-strength hardening treatment, providing excellent load-bearing capacity to ensure safe assembly and movement of large-scale equipment.

The assembly area is clearly divided into pre-assembly zones, final assembly zones, electrical debugging zones, and finished product inspection zones, ensuring a streamlined and orderly production process. Advanced tooling fixtures, laser alignment instruments, and hydraulic testing equipment are available to guarantee assembly precision in compliance with international standards.

To ensure operational safety, the site strictly implements 6S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), complete with safety warning signs, anti-collision measures, and fire protection systems. Additionally, all-weather lighting and rainproof canopy designs allow assembly work to proceed uninterrupted by weather conditions, ensuring project timelines are met.
