First, before using the crane, the counterweight must be installed according to the maximum lifting weight of the product. The machine we use here only needs 800kg of counterweight.
You can choose counterweight iron or other things of equal weight and evenly distribute them in the counterweight box.
After installing the counterweight, check the tightness of each part, especially the screws of the front and rear axles, tires, brake parts and turntable bolts to see if they are loose. If they are loose, tighten them.
Secondly, check the firmness of the sling. Then check whether the oil pipe and oil tank are leaking oil, and whether the water tank is leaking water. Sufficient lubricating oil should be added to each lubrication part. Is the hydraulic oil also sufficient? Fill the oil tank with clean diesel that meets the grade. Fill the water tank with clean cooling water. After starting the car, check whether the oil pressure gauge (0.25), ammeter (15A), and water temperature (below 80 degrees) are within the specified range.
Before lifting, you need to select the corresponding pulley hook group according to the weight of the object to be lifted. Generally, a single wire rope can lift 1.25t, a double-rate wire rope can lift 2.5t, a triple-rate wire rope can lift 3.75t, and a quadruple-rate wire rope can lift 5t.

The operation of a single wire rope is very simple. Put the hook on the ground, just put one end of the wire rope through the pulley, and then fix this end with a clip.
If you need a double wire rope, open the two bolt clamps, pull out the rope, stretch it upward, and then insert it into the hook outside the static pulley, clamp it with the clamp,
Straighten the rope, and pull the movable pulley up along the pulling force of the rope.
If you need a triple wire rope, also put down the wire rope and hook, unbolt the bolts on the clamp, remove the wire rope, ……… If you find that it is installed in reverse, remove the clamp, pull out the rope, first raise the hook a little, take a look, and then put the rope in. Crane manufacturer
The quadruple wire rope is not difficult to operate. Just untie the clamp, pull the third wire rope up, pass it through the hook next to the static pulley, and fix it with a clamp.
Usually, to hang some floor slabs, eaves, etc., a double-rate wire rope is enough.
