2. Diesel engine drive device
This method is commonly used for small and medium-sized ship cranes with a lifting capacity of less than 30 tons and simple variable speed regulations. By switching between the clutch and brake systems, lifting, rotating, and hoisting operations can be carried out. A torque converter is installed between the internal combustion engine and the reducer to increase the motor torque and achieve stable speed regulation.
3. Internal combustion engine - power engineering drive device
This method is suitable for large and medium-sized ship cranes with large lifting capacity and specified speed changes. Its advantage is that it is easy to operate and can adjust the speed. The internal combustion engine is driven by two methods: AC drive and DC drive. DC drives have a wider range and higher characteristics than AC drives, but require the selection of DC motors or thyristor rectifiers, which result in higher machine and equipment costs. The AC drive method can generally choose DC motor motor system software for variable speed; The communication drive method chooses the vortex braking system to control the speed change. Most large and medium-sized marine cranes adopt diesel engine electric drive mode.
4. Diesel engine - hydraulic press drive device
According to the characteristics of the prescribed lifting winch, such as inter turn characteristics, constant output power characteristics, strong coverage ability with large variable speed, large adjustable range, and adjustability, this method is selected for large and medium-sized ship floating cranes. Compared with the diesel engine power engineering method, it has high sensitivity and good reliability.
