When using a floating crane to attach the hook, visible damage from the appearance often results in wear and tear on the position of the driving hook and breakage of the pulley edge. Especially when carrying out applications, wear and tear on the hook position is a normal situation. The key is to adjust the center of gravity when lifting the object, and drive the galvanized steel wire rope or lifting tool to drag and wear it out at the hook exit.
When carrying out floating crane operations, the main cause is the breakage of the edge of the movable pulley due to impact. The reason is that the hook group has not been raised to the required height to width ratio, and the car cannot travel normally or be pulled diagonally. The lifting hook will cause significant shaking, causing the pulley to collide with other objects, resulting in the driver of the rear vehicle violating the operating procedures, failing to check the lifting status of the travel switch, not paying attention to the lifting condition of the lifting hook, and causing the lifting hook to "age", causing damage to the pulley.
If repairing the machine equipment, the hook nut should be removed, the stains on it should be cleaned, and carefully inspected. In addition, it is necessary to regularly check whether the lifting hook and the anchor bolts of the hook, as well as other connecting components, are loose or disconnected to avoid the lifting hook falling off on its own. Later on, pay attention to checking the corrosion status of each heavy hook cap on the thread at the end of this hook, and apply a layer of lubricating grease if necessary.
During lifting operations, if it is found that the insulation rubber pads, insulation sleeves, etc. inside the insulation layer hook group cannot be broken, regular inspections should be carried out, and dust should be cleaned immediately. After being wet and cold, they should be dried immediately. To avoid wear and tear, lubricating grease should be added to the lubrication point and fixing point in a timely manner, and lubricating oil should be applied to the thrust ball bearing below the lifting hook nut on time.
