(1) Each crane must be equipped with a sign indicating the rated lifting capacity in a conspicuous place.
(2) During operation, no one is allowed to be on the bridge or transport people with the hook.
(3) No one is allowed to drive the crane without an operator's license or after drinking.
(4) During operation, you must concentrate and not talk, smoke or do irrelevant things.
(5) The vehicle must be clean; equipment, tools, flammables, explosives and dangerous goods must not be placed randomly.
(6) Cranes are not allowed to be overloaded.
(7) Lifting is not allowed in the following situations: loose binding; overloaded parts; unclear signals; inclined pulling; objects buried or frozen in the ground; people on the objects being lifted; flammables, explosives and dangerous goods without safety protection measures; overfilled liquid objects; wire ropes that do not meet safety requirements; lifting mechanism failures.
(8) When the crane is operating on a line without obstacles, the hook or sling and the bottom of the hoisted object must be more than 2m above the ground. If crossing an obstacle, it must be 0.5m higher than the obstacle.
(9) For lifting objects less than 50% of the rated lifting weight, two mechanisms are allowed to operate simultaneously; for lifting objects greater than 50% of the rated lifting weight, only one mechanism can operate.
(10) For bridge cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks at the same time (special exceptions).
(11) It is not allowed to weld or hammer on the hoisted objects or work under the objects (it is allowed when there is support).
(12) Inspection or maintenance work can only be carried out after the power is off and when a power-off operation sign is hung on the switch. If live work is required, safety measures must be taken and a dedicated person must be on duty.
