The maintenance precautions of the ship unloader mainly include the following aspects:
Electrical and mechanical maintenance: The electrical mechanism and mechanical components should be inspected and maintained by different staff members, and the safe operation process should be strictly followed. The garbage in the electrical room, main engine room, driver's room, stairs and platform should be cleaned up in time, and each part should be lubricated regularly. Check the wear of the wire rope to ensure the reliability of its end consolidation and the absence of broken wires. The sensitivity of the brake and the clearance of the brake shoe need to be checked regularly and replaced in time if necessary.
Safe operation: The safety protection devices installed on each device shall not be removed at will, and changes must be reported to the equipment department in writing for approval. Check the correct action of each safety protection device every day to ensure that its function meets the requirements. Check whether the fasteners such as bolts and nuts are loose, and tighten them immediately if they are found to be loose. Check the wear of the wheels and guide wheels, and replace the severely worn parts in time.
Lubrication and wear inspection: Check the lubrication status regularly to ensure that all parts are fully lubricated. Check whether the elastic rope has cracks and wear, and replace the elastic rope with severe wear or cracks in time. Check the working condition and wear of the lifting and opening and closing wire ropes to ensure that they have not fallen out of the pulley groove.
Electrical control system: Regularly check the wiring of the electrical control system and re-solidify the wiring terminals every two months. The root cause of electrical failures needs to be gradually found through drawings, and real-time monitoring and repair can be carried out through programmers and PLC connections when necessary.
Winter maintenance: In winter, to avoid freezing of water tank water pipes, compressed air is needed to clean the water in the pipes after work is completed.
Operation record: The movement of the machine and the wear and lubrication status of each component must be checked on site every day, and records must be kept. Check the wear and looseness of quick-change joints, lifting connecting rings and other components, and repair them immediately if any problems are found.
Through the above maintenance measures, the ship unloader can be ensured to operate in the best condition, extend its service life and reduce the occurrence of failures.
