1. The main structure and principle of the crane
QLY3.0B series cranes are divided into three models according to performance indicators:
3080A crane, 3060A crane, 3050D crane.
Below we will take the 3050D crane as an example to introduce it in detail.
The rated power of the 3050D crane is 25.7KW. Its structure mainly consists of hook, telescopic arm welding, basic arm welding, lower cab, luffing cylinder, upper cab, upper turntable welding, slewing support, tires and other parts.
(I) Maintenance per shift
Maintenance per shift is the maintenance performed by the driver before or after parking.
Contents include:
1. Check the tightness of bolts and nuts in various parts
Before the crane is operated, the tightness of each mechanism should be checked. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in time.
For example: transmission shaft bolts, steering gear tie rod bolts, etc.
2. Check the oil level of the gearbox
Add if insufficient. Check whether the engine oil is sufficient, check whether the cooling water is sufficient, and add if insufficient.
3. Check the wire rope
The wire rope used in daily life should be checked every day, including whether the fixed connection at the end is intact. Put the wire rope on the ground, and the wire rope should spiral upward;
At the same time, the wire rope should be kept in good lubrication state, and all lubricants should meet the requirements of the rope and do not affect the appearance inspection.
Check whether there is any damage during the inspection, and brush a little butter every week. When brushing, pay special attention to the parts that are not easy to see and difficult to access.
When replacing, the certificate of the wire rope must be checked to ensure that the mechanical properties and specifications meet the design requirements.
4. Check the hook
It is forbidden to repair the hook. The following aspects are mainly checked: remove the hook on the wire rope,
Use a magnifying glass to observe whether the surface is deformed or cracked; whether the dangerous sections such as the hook tail bolt are deformed;
The damage of the section at the hanging rope shall not exceed 5% of the original height; the opening degree is increased by 10% compared with the original size. If the above situation is found, it should be scrapped.
5. Check the drum and pulley
If the wear of the pulley groove bottom exceeds 25% of the wire rope; or if there are cracks or damage on the edge of the pulley, it should be scrapped.
6. Check the boom
Check whether the four pulleys on the boom are cracked or damaged.
7. Apply lubricating oil Lubricating oil should be applied to all key parts, such as: apply some butter to the boom and each section of the telescopic arm, especially on both sides and the bottom; in addition, the grease nipples on the roller bearing,
cylinder seat, cylinder lug, slewing support, and articulated shafts should also be filled with lubricating oil. Crane Supplier
8. Cleaning
The crane should be inspected and maintained every day to keep the body clean and safe.
