1. Running-in of cranes
Whether it is a new machine or a machine after overhaul, crane suppliers recommend that we must run-in before use. Running-in is the basis for maintaining the good technical condition of the machine.
2. Crane operation
The operation of the crane is relatively simple, but only by operating the crane correctly can the efficiency of the machine be fully utilized and the work task be completed smoothly.
Starting and parking:
First, let's take a look at how to start and stop. Before starting the crane, it must be confirmed that the boom is fully retracted, the boom is placed on the boom bracket, the legs are tightened, and the hook is fixed.
Then, put the gear lever in the neutral position, tighten the handbrake, and start the engine (ignition). Depress the clutch pedal, push the oil pump clutch handle, engage the forward gear, release the handbrake,
Slowly release the clutch pedal, step on the accelerator, and you can move forward. When parking, depress the clutch pedal, brake, and shift gears, then pull the handbrake, slowly release the clutch pedal,
Release the brake and turn off the engine. Wait for the oil pump to idle for two seconds before working.
Rotation: The crane rotation operation mainly operates the cab.
Pull the handle up to turn left; pull the handle down to turn right. Pull to the middle position to stop.
Luffing: The crane luffing operation mainly refers to the forward and backward operation of the luffing cylinder. Before operation, you need to release the hook a little, then push the luffing control handle forward to extend the telescopic arm; pull it back to retract.
Telescopic: The crane telescopic operation mainly refers to the retraction of the hook. Quick release operation: step on the brake, put the gear to the quick release gear, slowly release the brake, the hook slides down quickly,
After the brake is in place, put the lever back to the required low speed or high speed. Generally, low speed is required for lifting heavy objects, such as beams; high speed can be selected for lighter lifting, such as floor slabs.
Quickly lower the hook operation: ……. Quickly lift the hook operation: ……. Slowly lift the hook operation. Crane manufacturer
Lifting: Pull the operating handle upwards, and all welds should rise upwards, otherwise, they will fall down.
