Due to the large and heavy volume of the fuel tank of the floating crane equipment, as well as the numerous oil pipelines, it is difficult to disassemble and clean the crane. Moreover, many of the fuel tanks on the crane are non removable, which requires everyone to master some methods when cleaning.
1. Before starting to clean the floating crane, it is necessary to drain the remaining oil in the car's fuel tank. First, turn off the fuel supply power switch and refueling power switch, then put in the appropriate gear oil, clean it thoroughly, and then clean it thoroughly.
2. For the removal of the hydraulic oil filter element of the floating crane, it is also necessary to ensure that appropriate gear oil is used before hanging the reducer for relative lifting operations, so that the gear oil circulates in the hydraulic transmission system to flush the residue in the oil passage;
3. Be sure to remove the return oil pipe and let the gasoline pump run. The waste oil is discharged from the oil pipe, and all the relative hydraulic cylinders are extended outward. After all the waste oil is discharged, the car's oil tank is refilled with new gear oil, a filtering device is installed, and lubricating oil is installed.
