• Balance beam: Connects the support ropes and the grab to ensure uniform force distribution and prevent unbalanced loads.

Open state: The closing ropes are relaxed, and the bucket opens due to self-weight or external force (e.g., material resistance).
Material grabbing: The closing ropes are tightened, pulling up the pulley group to close the double flaps, cutting into the material and completing the grab.
Lifting: The support ropes and closing ropes lift synchronously, keeping the grab closed.
Unloading: Upon reaching the target position, the closing ropes are relaxed, and the bucket opens for unloading (either by collision with an unloading frame or through automatic control).

High efficiency: The double-flap design is ideal for loose materials, offering a high grab-to-weight ratio (grasping weight/self-weight) and short cycle times.
Strong adaptability: The bucket shape (e.g., wide mouth, narrow mouth, with teeth) can be adjusted to suit different materials (e.g., coal, ore, grain).
Durability: Key components (e.g., pulleys, pins) are made of hardened alloy steel for wear and impact resistance.
Four-rope stability: Compared to a two-rope grab, the four-rope system distributes the load, reducing wear on individual ropes and extending their lifespan.
