The fully revolving floating crane (Full-Rotating Floating Crane) is a heavy-duty lifting equipment installed on floating platforms such as barges. Featuring 360° unlimited rotation capability, it enables flexible operations including cargo handling, ship transshipment, and offshore engineering installations. Its core innovation lies in the full-rotation mechanism, which allows comprehensive coverage of the entire vessel's perimeter, making it ideal for complex water environments requiring precise lifting operations.

 

1. Main Features of the Fully Revolving Floating Crane

 

 

360° Full Rotation Capability
The crane can rotate infinitely on the car (rotating part) and can cover any direction without adjusting the ship's position, greatly improving operational efficiency.
Heavy-Duty Lifting
The lifting capacity ranges from dozens of tons to thousands of tons. Some very large floating cranes (such as "Zhenhua 30") can reach 10,000 tons, making them suitable for heavy lifting tasks such as offshore wind power projects and bridge construction.
Floating Mobility
Mounted on barges or self-propelled floating bodies, it can be towed to different waters for operation, adapting to environments without docks or in deep-water areas.
Multi-Purpose Adaptability
It can be equipped with grabs, hooks, electromagnetic suction cups, and other accessories to meet the needs of bulk cargo, container, steel structure, and offshore wind power equipment operations.
